Teams arbeiten oft noch zu sehr nebeneinander, statt wirklich zusammenzuarbeiten. Die vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen zur Überbrückung von Dev und Ops-Kulturen – gemeinsame Retros, klare KPIs und Verantwortlichkeiten – finde ich besonders praktisch. Wenn wir diese Ansätze konsequent angehen, könnte unser DevOps-Vorhaben endlich die erhoffte Dynamik bekommen.
